We have an experienced team of experts in floating LNG assets. Between us, we have spent over 200 years in the oil and gas industry. We will succeed because we are not tethered to large organization mindset, so we can look at things from a different perspective, we can be innovative and creative. We are technically led and driven, we use our expertise to maximize FLNG production where others do not see the opportunity.

We are a team operating to the highest corporate standards, but with minimum bureaucracy. We are excited with the progress we have made and the potential we envision.

Konstantinos Mitropoulos

Chairman & CEO

30+ years of international experience in the energy sector, leading companies with development of strategic operations, managing JVs, undertaking mergers and acquisitions, and structuring to secure project finance as well as significant commercial and EPC experience in the oil and gas industry including management of pre-FEED and FEED for two FLNG projects.

Mark B. Graham

Project Director

35+ years of oil & gas experience, of which 30 years were focused with Shell in various project management and contract management roles where he was engaged in multiple international projects ranging from $1bn to $10bn. Mark played a significant role in leading the negotiations for the Shell FLNG (Prelude) pre-FEED & FEED contracts and in negotiating the Master Services Agreement between Shell and Technip / SHI JV.

Tassos Karkazis

CFO

30+ years of experience of which 20 in Financial Services and M&As. General Manager at Emporiki Bank, responsible for Retail Credit, Payments, Operations, and Procurement for the 300+ branches (2009-2012). CEO of both Credit Agricole Leasing (2014) and Credicom Bank (2018). CFO of Phoenix-Metrolife Insurance (2007) and Carrier Hellas (2000).

Thanos Tsotsoros

CIO

Represented by Athanasios Tsortsoros an economist and founder of the counseling services provider company Thatone Capital. He worked for 25 years in the financial sector until he founded his own company.

He worked for seven years at KPMG Advisors S.A. as a partner and head of the financial services providing and restructuring sections, while he held management positions at PROTON Bank, as head of investment banking, at EGNATIA Stock Broking, and at SIGMA Stock Broking companies.

Mr. Tsotsoros is also a member of the Board of Directors for MAYOR Hotels and Resorts Holding S.A. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in economics from the UCL university and an MA in International Studies from the Reading University.

Stephen has 20+ years experience and is an architect of two successful tier one energy & commodity trading platforms. Trading & asset optimization in infrastructure energy companies and principal investment officer, MD and board level within private energy trading merchants.

Brian McGahey

International C&P Manager

35+ years of oil & gas experience working for Shell. He has led both contracting & procurement teams within multiple international projects ranging from $1bln to $45bln including FLNG, Onshore Oil & Gas facilities and Pipeline projects.

Brendan Costigan

International Engineering Manager

40+ Years of Oil, Gas & Chemicals experience, of which 26 years were for Shell in various Projects, Operational and Maintenance roles. Significant EPC experience including lead PMC role on a $12bln refinery upgrade for a Middle East Sate operator.

Steve (Stratos) Mavrakis

Technical Advisor

Naval Architect & Marine Engineer licensed Professional Engineer in USA (NY) and EU with over 40 years in the marine industry. Served as Senior Research Engineer at ABS R&D; Specializing in vibration & noise analysis and measurement. Have a strong background on Ship Hydrodynamics and Structural analysis. Was the first to manage LNG carriers in Greece for Ceres Hellenic (now GASLOG). Served as Fleet Manager and Technical Manager, on major LNG carrier Companies in Greece during the word wide expansion of LNG transportation. Total time in LNG transportation, 24 years. Served in many international maritime organizations such as the Chemical Carriers Association, INTERTANKO chemical and gas work groups, SIGTTO, etc.
